The Coachmakers’ Banquet 2018 will be a joint event in collaboration with the Honourable Company of Air Pilots and the Worshipful Company of Engineers held at the Guildhall to mark the 100th anniversary of the formation of the RAF. Timings:
1630 to 1800 – Guildhall Yard open for Banquet guests to view the various aircraft displays
1800 – Champagne reception commences in the Old Library
1900 – Dinner commences in the Great Hall
2245 – Carriages
Entertainment will be provided by elements of the Central Band of the Royal Air Force and the Queen’s Colour Squadron.
Tickets available for a donation of £150 per ticket, all of which will go towards supporting the education and training of RAF Air Cadets.
Ticket availability is limited and therefore Coachmakers may book for themselves and one guest only, who must be named at the time of booking. If demand exceeds supply names will be drawn from a hat to determine who should be allocated the available tickets.
To enable this to be managed, the book will close at 1700 hrs on Friday 23rd March 2018 – no bookings will be accepted after this date.
Booking and paying online is the preferred method and if anyone is subsequently not allocated a place at the table, their donation will be returned.
